Our Story

Church, Pastoral and Ministry leaders' well-being is a crucial area of our focus.

Leadership roles often experience significant emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges. The well-being of clergy encompasses various aspects, including mental health, physical health, spiritual health, and emotional resilience.

Many often experience stress, burnout, and depression due to the high demands of their roles. They may face emotional fatigue from long hours, constant caregiving, and the pressure to be available for others.

Our team is here to Help.!!!

Our Team.

Our team is full of people with a heart to see the church and its leaders thrive. We have all served in ministry ourselves and care deeply for you as ministers and leaders in the church

The Curriculum

The series is built around six themes (outlined below) that are explored over a sequence of meetings or sessions. Prior to each meeting, team members will engage in activities to develop insights and ideas that are specific to their personal of church needs.

These activities take the form of brief wellbeing assessments.

Each meeting is designed around the same basic structure and most will take approximately an hour and thirty minutes.

Ministry Burnt Out

Do you perceive burnout as a sign that you’ve failed at your calling. This can sometimes lead to a downward spiral into depression.

If this is you: you need a space where you can fully be heard and re evaluate your ministry responsibilities and what others expect from you in order to take a heartfelt look at what caused the burnout and how to recover from it.

Almost everybody in the pew has a broken heart for one reason or another.  “We all have our wounds, flaws, hurts, and bruises and they do bother us. The pain can be quite intense.”

God may choose divine healing in response to our prayers, yet He also may heal through a medication process, therapy etc
